How do I schedule an appointment?

Do you accept insurance?
Our rates are competitive compared to other anxiety disorder specialists. Although we do not accept insurance, we do provide a detailed receipt with appropriate codes that you can submit to your insurance provider to request reimbursement (contingent upon your insurance plan).
You can learn more about potential reimbursement options by contacting your insurance provider and asking about your plan’s “Out of Network Benefits”.
Our fees vary per provider. Contact Brittany for more information regarding specific fees. We accept cash, check or credit cards (including Flex Spending and Health Savings Accounts).
Do I need a referral from another provider?
No, we do not require a referral to schedule your initial assessment.
What is the typical duration of treatment?
Our treatment duration varies depending on your symptoms, age, and motivation. Our time-limited anxiety and/or OCD treatment takes an average of 8-14 sessions for adults, and 15-20 sessions for children and adolescents.

Our Louisville office is located in a convenient, yet discrete location behind the Brownsboro Kroger. Get directions to our office by visiting our Contact Us page.
Our office hours are 8am-5pm on weekdays. We are closed on major holidays.
We have an extended waiting room with a children’s play area. We also provide drinks and coffee for your convenience.
What accessibility does your office have?
Our office is located on the second floor of Bailey Office Park. We do have elevator access beside our office door. Please contact Brittany if you have further accommodations. We would be happy to assist wherever possible.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a payment method with you to if different than the method we have on file. We accept cash, check or credit cards (including Flex Spending and Health Savings Accounts).
Our intake paperwork will be available via our online client portal. We ask that you complete these forms prior to your appointment date. You can also access a list of upcoming appointments through this portal.
What makes your center different from other mental health practices?
Our treatment approach is considered the gold standard for anxiety and OCD symptoms.
All of our providers have received extensive training from our director Dr. Kevin Chapman, an internationally recognized expert with regularly published manuscripts, articles, and other related material.
Our providers are thought leaders in the space of evidence-based treatment. They are regular contributors to the media, attend national evidence-based conferences and are actively involved within the community.
We have a certified professional life coach and complimentary peer support mentor as adjunct services. We also offer different modalities of treatment including groups and intensive programs.

What if my child is unmotivated for therapy?
Our child and adolescent providers offer SPACE, Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions. This program allows parents to learn various skills in how they can modify their own behaviors to help reduce anxiety in their children or teens.
