Are you readier to be happier?
The one thing that all people have in common is a deep desire to be happier. Each of us wants a life full of positive emotion and deep personal meaning. Sometimes, we think that happiness is a matter of luck and sit back and hope it happens in our lives. But the latest research tells us that happiness is not a matter of luck. Happiness is a choice that we make and a way of life that we can build for ourselves.
This course will teach you how to be happier. Drawing on the latest research, you will learn and practice practical strategies for achieving greater happiness in your life.
The goal of this course is to share the science of happiness and help you practice things that will increase happiness in your life. Happier consists of ten 90-minute group meetings. Each session includes a brief presentation about a research proven strategy for being happier, time to share and practice happiness strategies, and building a plan to include another happiness strategy in your life.
