What is The Process Like?
Many people spend years searching for the right therapist or for therapists in their insurance networks who treat anxiety and related disorders. Many people also report that many therapists neglect the importance of their faith as it relates to their treatment. Our doctors specialize in evidence-based treatment called cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), including Exposure Response Prevention (EX/RP) for treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, exposure for Panic Disorder with and without Agoraphobia (PDA/PDWA), Phobias, and Social Anxiety (Social Phobia). Our clinicians help you achieve “rapid relief”, which provide you with lifelong tools and strategies to effectively manage your symptoms. Sessions vary in length from as little as 3-14 sessions.
1. Seeking Treatment
Contact our doctors by email or by phone at (502) 618-2060 for a free 10-15 minute phone consultation. If you are interested in our clinical services, you may send us an email, fill out our contact form or call to schedule an appointment.
2. Help Nearby
Our Louisville office is located in a convenient, yet discrete location behind the Paddock Shops (formerly known as “The Summit Shopping Center”) directly across from Kentucky Country Day School. Get directions to our office by visiting our Contact Us page.
3. Fees & Payment
Our rates are competitive compared to other anxiety disorder specialists. Although we do not accept insurance, we do provide a detailed receipt with appropriate codes that you can submit to your insurance provider to request reimbursement (contingent upon your insurance plan).
