How Payment Works
KY Cards is a specialty practice that is out of network with insurance.
This allows our clinicians to provide focused, evidence-based treatment for anxiety, OCD, and related disorders without insurance restrictions on session length, treatment approach, or duration of care.
We provide a Good Faith Estimate to new clients. This gives an estimated total cost range for the services dependent upon your provider, symptoms, and needs.
Insurance and Reimbursement
KY Cards is considered an out-of-network provider.
We provide detailed receipts, often called superbills, that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your individual insurance plan and out-of-network benefits.
If helpful, you may contact your insurance provider to ask about:
- Out-of-network mental health benefits
- Reimbursement rates
- Deductibles or coverage limits
Fees and Payment Options
Fees vary by provider and type of service. Our Office Manager can provide current rate information and answer practical questions.
