Payments
Our providers rates are competitive based on their area of specialty. Some individuals may benefit from extended treatment sessions or may require home visits, travel to various locations for exposure exercises, or multiple sessions per week.
Payment for services is due at the beginning of each session unless otherwise negotiated with each client. Our providers accepts cash, checks, most major credit cards, and HSA accounts. Our providers do not accept insurance but they do provide a detailed receipt with appropriate insurance codes that you may submit to your insurance company (contingent upon your insurance plan and negotiations between you and your insurance company). Clients are also encouraged to contact their insurance companies to determine what percentage of the fee they may be reimbursed by their insurance companies for out-of-network delivered services. This may also vary based on diagnoses (e.g., OCD).
