About Me
As a mental performance coach, Kaite has experience working with athletes across all levels of competition, ranging from youth sport to intercollegiate and professional athletics. Kaite also consistently works with elite performers in other contexts outside of just athletics such as military readiness, business production and cohesion, and performing arts. She believes the stressors are unique between various levels and performance contexts. Her High Performance and Exercise Science backgrounds aid in a complete understanding of the body, which benefits her holistic training style. As a lifelong multisport athlete, herself, Kaite empathizes with her clients that hope to improve their performances in their respective crafts, and she believes continuous education and improvement is necessary to avoid stagnant lives. Outside of the educational and professional domain, Kaite has taught a variety of group fitness classes, and she enjoys working toward her own fitness goals. Kaite has been a member of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology since 2018, and she is one of less than 800 Certified Mental Performance Consultants in the United States.

“With Dr. Chapman’s guidance, knowledge, patience and his well thought out program, I can state that I would recommend Dr. Chapman and his CBT program to anyone suffering from any types of anxiety, depression, panic, and/or OCD symptoms. I have partaken in therapy treatments such as Psychiatry, various medication regiments, and even hypnosis, none of which found to be as successful as the CBT treatment provided by Dr. L. Kevin Chapman. My life feels renewed and I owe it all to Dr. Chapman!”
