Supporting Loved Ones with OCD

A Three-Session Psychoeducation Series

Supporting someone with OCD can be challenging, especially when it’s difficult to know how to respond in a way that is both compassionate and helpful.

This three-session series is designed for family members, partners, and other loved ones of adults with OCD. Participants will gain a better understanding of OCD, learn how accommodation can unintentionally reinforce the OCD cycle, and develop practical strategies for providing effective support.

During the series, you’ll learn how to:

  • Better understand OCD and how it affects loved ones
  • Recognize common forms of accommodation
  • Respond to OCD in supportive and constructive ways
  • Build practical strategies you can use at home

Cost: $200 for the three-session series
