With a degree in Psychology from Indiana University, Cheryl combines her expertise and personal journey to empower individuals facing difficulties with anxiety, work-life balance, self-care challenges, and overall well-being.

Specializing in young adults (16-30+), Cheryl focuses on helping clients overcome executive function challenges, and the stressors associated with emerging adulthood. As the Lead Life Coach at the Kentucky Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders (KYCARDS), Cheryl collaborates with psychologists to provide targeted coaching for individuals managing stressors associated with anxiety and ADHD.
