Dr. Zipple’s coaching process is brief, structured, and focuses on making meaningful life changes. He partners with his clients to develop specific and measurable goals and build an individualized plan for success. A typical course of coaching is includes 6-10 one-hour sessions scheduled over two to four months. Sessions can be scheduled in person or by phone or videoconference. Dr. Zipple is deeply committed to client success and is available between sessions for short emails, calls, and text messages at no additional cost. In addition to his career as a coach and organizational consultant, Dr. Zipple serves as a Professor in the Psychology Department at Eastern Kentucky University and Executive in Residence at the University of Louisville School of Public Health and Information Sciences. He has lectured and consulted extensively in areas related to happiness, resilience, and recovery and has worked with individuals and organizations in the United States, India, Singapore, and Pakistan.
Dr Zipple is a psychologist with certifications in coaching, cognitive behavioral treatments, and positive psychology interventions. He has published more than 65 articles, monographs, and book chapters and delivered hundreds of presentations to diverse audience. Dr. Zipple is the recipient of the John Beard Award for his extensive contributions to the field of rehabilitation and the Hall-Render Leadership in Healthcare Award.
